Does an online request confirm an appointment?
Start by contacting the preferred shop or using the estimate request to share your vehicle and damage information. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until the shop responds.
Explain whether the vehicle is drivable, where it is located and whether you need an estimate visit or repair drop-off. These are different scheduling needs. Ask the shop to confirm the next step and any documents or transport arrangements before you arrive.
How This Fits Into the Repair Plan
Choose the shop and state whether you need an estimate conversation or repair arrival. Confirm actual timing, acceptance and receiving instructions directly with that team.
Related Repair Guidance
A request begins the arrangement conversation
Tell the team whether you are seeking an estimate visit, discussing an existing proposal or arranging an approved repair arrival. A requested date or preferred time is useful information, but it should not be treated as a confirmed appointment without the actual shop arrangement.
Choose New Orleans or Luling explicitly and provide a usable contact method. The two shops have separate receiving destinations. A community listed as a service area is not another appointment address.
Describe the vehicle and reason for the request, including any driving or movement concern. This helps the team discuss the appropriate next step. Avoid promising that the vehicle can be driven simply because you selected an in-person visit.
If timing is important, explain the actual constraint rather than assuming the request establishes availability. A repair arrival and an estimate conversation may have different arrangements. Confirm which one the team is discussing.

Confirm the details a form or map cannot establish
Ask which shop is expecting you, the purpose of the visit and what information to bring. Keep the confirmed arrangement with the address or route link. Navigation supplies directions, not an appointment or permission to leave a vehicle.
If transport is needed, confirm acceptance and receiving instructions before dispatch. Tell the team if the vehicle cannot roll, steer or securely close, or if another concern affects movement. A tow destination should follow the actual receiving plan.
If the vehicle is currently elsewhere, explain that location and the movement question. Do not redirect transport based only on a service-area page or a changed map link. The chosen team needs to know which arrival is being arranged.
If an insurer or another party is involved, ask what relevant information the shop needs for this step. A visit request does not establish coverage, payment or repair authorization. Keep those questions separate from availability and arrival.
Update the request clearly when circumstances change
If you need to change the preferred time, visit purpose or shop, contact the team and identify the original request. State which information is current rather than submitting unexplained duplicate versions. Ask for the revised arrangement before relying on the change.
If the vehicle’s condition changes, tell the shop before travel or dispatch. A receiving plan based on a vehicle that could roll may need clarification if that is no longer true. Do not assume the original request describes the current movement concern.
For a time-sensitive question, use the chosen shop’s direct contact route. New Orleans is (504) 309-3092; Luling is (985) 331-0707. A website-control problem should not prevent you from asking about the actual next step.
Confirm the actual appointment timing, applicable terms and availability directly with the chosen team. Boudreaux’s can discuss the actual vehicle and arrangement. Keep confirmation, destination and purpose clear so the visit does not depend on assumptions from a form or map.
